Tuition & Fees Overview
To better understand the difference between tuition and various fees, this page explains how and where your money is divided. Additionally, we want to make it easier: download our TUITION CACULATION FORM 2012-2013 to determine your family’s estimated cost. Keep in mind we have need-based tuition-assistance when available!
Registration Fee
There is a $150.00 non refundable registration fee for new families and a $100.00 non refundable re-enrollment fee for returning families, both payable when registering and due before a class spot can be secured for your student. Registration Fees are not discounted with Tuition Assistance.
Tuition Fee
Our school has an annual tuition. You may pay your tuition in full, or you may select to make ten monthly payments for your convenience and budgeting. The first payments is due by August 5th or 20th or at the time of registration, if you register after school has started. The first payment can be made via check or cash at the school. Payments can be made via check, cash, electronic transfer, or online at our web page. (Tuition made via check will incur a $5 processing fee.) Tuition Fees may be reduced with Tuition Assistance.
Activity Fee
There is a $50 preschool activity fee to help cover the cost of field trips and special projects during the year. A $375 kindergarten- 3rd grade fee helps cover the cost of special projects, consumable materials and specialized programs throughout the year. The activity fee is due by the first day of class, or can be calculated into your monthly payments. Not reduced with Tuition Assistance.
Piano/Instrument Fee
Payable with tuition. $100 (Optional for 1st Grade and older) This fee helps cover the cost of specialized instruction in our music department. Not reduced with Tuition Assistance.
Checks
All checks made to the school need to be made payable to CHILD Ministries. CHILD Ministries is the non-profit organization that runs the school.
