To register and reserve a spot for your child(ren):
* Registration Fee must be paid.  The fee is $125 for preschool students and $150 for elementary students.  This fee is non-refundable.

* The following paperwork must be turned in (Click for printable Enrollment Checklist 2013):

1.  STUDENT REGISTRATION 2013 (3 pages)

2.  STUDENT HEALTH INFORMATION 2013 (2 pages)

3.  FAMILY BACKGROUND CHECK 2013

4.  TUITION CALCULATION FORM 2013-2014

5.  TUITION PAYMENT FORM 2013-2014

6.  DIRECT PAYMENT FORM (if needed)

For families interested in Tuition Assistance, please contact the office to obtain the proper forms.

REGISTERED FAMILIES WILL RECEIVE A SUMMER MAILING WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

* An updated School Handbook
* A letter from your teacher(s)
* The paperwork listed below:

- PER FAMILY:
* Parent Acknowledge Form
* Volunteer Service Guidelines & Preference Sheet

- PER STUDENT:
* Certificate of Immunization or Exemption
* Records Release Form (new students entering 1st grade and up only)
