Begin by downloading our 2011-12 CLASS FEE AND LISTING. For an explanation of how tuition and fees differ, please visit our Tuition and Fees Overview page!

To register and reserve a spot for your child(ren):
* Registration Fee must be paid.  The fee is $100 for returning students and $150 for new students.  This fee is non-refundable.

* The following paperwork must be turned in:

1.  STUDENT REGISTRATION 2011 (3 pages)

2.  STUDENT HEALTH FORM

3.  FAMILY BACKGROUND CHECK

4.  TUITION CALCULATION

5.  TUITION PAYMENT FORM

6.  AUTOMATIC BANK WITHDRAWL FORM (if needed)

For families interested in Tuition Assistance, please download and completely fill out the TUITION ASSISTANCE form.  Turn this in with your Registration forms.

REGISTERED FAMILIES WILL RECEIVE A SUMMER MAILING WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

* An updated School Handbook
* A letter from your teacher(s)
* The paperwork listed below:

- PER FAMILY:
* Parent Acknowledge Form
* Volunteer Service Guidelines & Preference Sheet

- PER STUDENT:
* Certificate of Immunization or Exemption
* Records Release Form (new students entering 1st grade and up only)
